What a great second book to this very entertaining series. Again, it has humour and those very sexy love scenes that we love.

Adi, one of the main characters is especially funny. She can come out with the most outrageous things. Adi being a dragon and a Silvergrace at that, the leading Sept of all the dragons, does not take any notice of the word "NO". The word is just not in her vocabulary especially when it concerns a certain human she has set her sights on. The human in question is the other main character, Dexter Cline, an I.T. consultant working at the Lytopia Institute.

This could cause big problems for Adi if her mother found out. Being the Matriarch of the Silvergrace Sept, her mother is all for keeping the dragons pure, but still Adi will not let that put her off from going all out to seduce her man. And her seducing can be mouth dropping. It certainly takes Dexter by surprise. Which makes for hilarious reading.

Adi is investigating medical facilities as she knows that Parker, the wolf shifter who in the previous book caused a lot of trouble for the shifter community, has not disappeared altogether. She was sure he was still into his illegal experiments on humans and shifters and was doing her best to track him down and destroy him.

Which was why the Lytopia Institute has come on her radar bringing Dexter to her notice and notice him she did. Moving as close to him as possible literally and bombarding him with amour. Dexter did not know what to make of this very attractive but crazy woman but it makes great reading seeing him wriggling on Adi's hook. The story tells of this amazing love affair where slowly Adi wears Dexter down to the extent he had to give in to the lust that Adi brings out in him.

The story also tells you of the danger Adi and Dexter face, with lots happening in the book that will keep you turning the pages.

Again, Ms Langlais a really great book and series. I loved it and have already pre-ordered Book 3 and will eagerly wait for it to come out and read more about the amazing Silvergrace clan. A well-deserved five stars.
