Friday Frights ~ PNR Reviews ~ Prince of Wolves (The Grey Wolves Series 1) by Quinn Loftis

This is the first book which appears to be the start of a very good series. It is loving, witty and in places had me in tears.

It is about the meeting of a girl called Jacque Pierce, a petite red head who unbeknown to her has a secret and a Romanian exchange student by the name of Fane, who happens to be drop dead gorgeous who at over 6ft with dark hair and piercing blue eyes, ever, is utterly divine, plus he has a secret, he is a werewolf, yup!

Being put on lookout duty by her best friends Jen and Sally to catch a glimpse of the new student who will be living across the road to Jacque with their neighbours and when she did see him all that went through her head was…

“Wow, I mean wow.”

And she couldn’t wait to get on the phone to her BBF’s to tell them what he looks like and the weird thoughts she thought he was conveying to her. Jacque meets up with Fane at her neighbours and they get on really well, there appears to be a connection between them.

The aristocratic looking Fane is enchanted with Jacques wisecracks and the little burst of temper which she sometimes displays, must be the red hair, yep and Jacque cannot help being attracted to Fane more and more.

When they are together the love blossoms between these two and Fane cannot help telling her…

“I am only yours, my Luna. I was yours from the first breath and I will be yours until my last.” And

“I love you, my Luna. I was made to love you, to protect and provide for you.”

This is definitely Prince Charming material and Jacque is one very lucky girl. With a few shocks in store along the way for Jacque this is a great read and the comments that come out of her two BBF’s are hilarious and had me laughing out loud.

Really great book and will definitely be following this series.
